The Caledonian Society of Oman is thought to be the oldest expatriate society in Oman, being founded in 1976. The main aim of the society is to raise funds for both Omani and Scottish charities by organising high quality Scottish themed events.Our three main events of the year are:
- The Burns Supper
- The Summer Ceilidh
- The St Andrews Ball

The St Andrew's Ball 2009 The Caledonian Society's biggest event of the year was held in the Intercontinental Hotel Gardens on December 3rd 2009. By popular request we brought back the band 'A Whisky Kiss' who played at last year's function. |  |
